Dr. Winai Dahlan Visiting Sheikhul Islam Leaving For Hajj

Visiting H.E. Mr. Aziz Phitakkumpon Leaving For Hajj

Hajj in A.H. 1438 has started with 8,833 Thai participants. This year Amirul Hajj (the leader of the pilgrimage group) of Thailand is Sheikhul Islam of Thailand himself, who decided to go and check by himself because this year is the first year that Thailand changes the regulator from Ministry of Culture to Ministry of Interior.
I (Dr. Winai) was one of a group of people who visited Sheikhul Islam in a VIP room at Suvarnabhumi Airport. He flew with Gulf Air at 11.50 a.m. I arrived there at 9.40 a.m.and met a group of familiar people such as Mr. Somphol and Mrs. Narumol Rattanaphibarn, Sub-district Headman Mr. Preedar Cheirphudee with his staff, Mr. Kumpyr Distarkorn and many more full of the VIP room. He, Sheikhul Islam, looked joyous. He traveled along with his wife and Imam Mumbhruh Sutham Boonmalert and in three days Pol. Maj. Gen. Surin Palare and Mr. Anumat Ahmad would follow and join with the majority. I was also invited to go as well but I could not find my Riski (blessing) because I have a lot of work but I intend that in a few years I will find my way to perform Hajj as well.
